I found this sign at the last JUNKMARKET Style Event, Flea Market Under Glass. Because there is no pre-selling allowed (we have to save the best for the customers), I had to book it over to the Junk Devotions/Queens of Chic's booth shortly after the doors opened. Sorry, Richard. I guess I just move faster than you :-) The only problem with the sign it? It was too long for the wall it was intended for. Oops....but sometimes decorating accidents work out for the better!
Don't you love this sign! It was "almost" perfect for my wall. The only problem? It was a bit too long.
The wall it was intended for really needed some "oomph" to it.
My solution for it? Allow the sign to hang over one edge, and then add something fun to the end of it.
This "vintage" rope would be usefully in hanging the piece.
And this cool old wheel? It'll be a fun addition!
It doesn't hang over too much, just enough!
A cute vintage green industrial table with a black and white scale complete the vignette. Though this wall was a work in the making, I like how it all came together!
