Spring Time in Minnesota

Someone's playing a very mean trick on us here in Minnesota.  Seriously.  It's suppose to be Spring!  It is April 20 for goodness sake!  But we all awoke to a winter wonderland this morning.  And it may be gorgeous, but so is green grass and garden flowers.  I mean really?  I am so ready for Spring to come....please?  But in the meantime, here I am taking pictures of the snow.  Hopefully these will be the very last pictures we'll see of snow for this year.  And maybe the next outdoor pictures I take will be of my garden.  Here's to summer!!

Until next time,

Well at least we still don't have snow, but we did get (hopefully our last snowfall) only two weeks ago. Spring please hurry.....we thought it was a heat wave today topping out at a high of 56, sad huh?

Take care and stay warm:)

I really feel for you...it's so hard to believe this winter is so long. It's been 90 here, I'm trying not to complain about the heat, I feel guilty.
Spring will come!

Okay, so they're saying it's going to be rainy and cool until Sunday, beautiful on Sunday, rainy and warm Monday Tuesday and then more snow Wednesday. WTH! I think I'm moving to Alaska. At least there you expect snow any day!

I don't think I've ever seen an Easter egg hunt in the snow before. I can't belive y'all are still getting that much dnoe. A bunny sure could be invisible in that much white!

Oh, I know the feeling! Nebraska doesnt get as much snow as you do, but it's been rainy/snowy and dreary here as well. Hang in there. It can't last much longer!

What beautiful, snowy pictures, especially the chandelier! I would love it all in December though. Not so much in April.

I really hate to say this, but those gorgeous pictures make it look like a winter wonderland..so much prettier than snow on a highway or busy street, etc.
Sorry, but this is happening everywhere..I'm in Canada, near the border, on the West Coast, and things are just starting to bloom, hesitantly, becase it snows, hails, and glooms up and rains, at a moments notice..doubt if anything will get seriously planted before the end of May..
Enjoy your exquisite scenery and we'll all keep our fingers crossed that Madame Spring doesn't simply decide, on a whim, to pass us by!

I so feel your pain! We are pretty much in the same boat as you! An area West of Bismarck actually received 16" this week - we only got a dusting here, thank God.

Have a wonderful Easter with your family!

I'd go crazy if I was still dealing with snow! It is very pretty, but I was ready for green grass and Spring flowers. Hope Spring finds it's way to you soon!

I did a similar post. However, within 2 days our over 6 inches of white stuff seems to have disappeared. Now we are into the April showers phase. May better have some really good flowers.

Have a great Easter weekend.

In my city it snows sometimes in June. I know right that sounds crappy but at least her summers are really hot.
