Welcome to My Blog
This is my first attempt at a blog. Okay, okay, I know. I'm not much of a writer . . . in fact I'm not a writer at all (must be my ADD). But I want to share my passion for decorating, mixing the old with the new. My love for creating . . . creating pieces with old, discarded finds . . . my favorite things being rusty, chippy, architectual, advertising and european pieces. So I hope this doesn't end up being just ramplings of a mad housewife, but that it becomes an avenue to inspire others and encourages them to love old things, too.

Love it, love it, love everything! I just repainted my kitchen, trying to stay neutral. Love the cake plate collection idea. I have quite a few. Never thought to use them up on top of the cabinets. So cool. Also, I made the hanging tricyle wheel. Will take a pic and send soon.
I saw your mirrors posted out on AJC and just wanted you to know I love them, I love them! What kind of mirrors are these? I can't picture anything that would have these size of round mirrors? Also, do you have ideas what to do with an old piano I am inhereting? I would like to make my sister and I something each from it, since we both took lessons. Again, love the stuff...keep it coming!
I love your blog. I learn so much by looking at the art you create. I get so many ideas of things I can do around the house. I get lots of comments from my friends on what made you create this or how did you come out with that idea? I tell them I found out about all these ideas and projects from this blog.
